A plea hearing is set for today for an Oxford woman accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy and becoming pregnant in the process.
19-year-old Madison Renee Kepler of West State Street will appear in Johnson County District Court at 2:30 this afternoon. The Johnson County Sheriff’s office says Kepler admitted to having sex with the alleged victim at least ten times between September and November of last year. Kepler says she considered the child her boyfriend. The two also lived together for a short time during the alleged sexual interaction.
Kepler is now pregnant, and believes the boy is the father. She’s charged with 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class C Felony punishable by a maximum of ten years in prison.
