Missing Washington County teens body found

The body of a teenager reported missing from Washington County was found Thursday.
16-year-old Colton Allen was last seen Wednesday around 6pm at a gathering about four-and-a-half miles south of Kalona.
A search by search and rescue teams were called off at 1:30am Thursday and resumed later that morning. His body was discovered Thursday afternoon.
Allen was a Junior at Mid Prairie. The school district had support personnel available at the high school Thursday night and Friday morning.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said more information will be released once their investigation and an autopsy is completed.
