A North Liberty man faces sexual abuse and incest charges.
North Liberty Police say that on June 5th 44-year-old Michael Wood of Sugar Creek Lane was in bed with an underage girl when he allegedly fondled her. Arrest records indicate the two are members of the same household.
Wood is charged with 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse and Incest. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.
