A Tiffin man injured in an ATV accident last month now faces a drunk driving charge.
According to arrest records, 53-year-old Marty Beckler of 340th Street Southwest was injured while riding an ATV near his residence just before 7:30pm on June 29th. A blood draw resulted in a blood alcohol content of .268…more than three times the legal limit for driving.
Beckler was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 8pm Monday and charged with Operating While Intoxicated.
