Two injured in single vehicle rollover crash near West Branch

The Iowa State Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle crash near West Branch.

The accident happened just before 7:30 Thursday night on Interstate 80 westbound, just east of the West Branch exit. The State Patrol says the driver of a 1995 Ford Explorer lost control and entered the north ditch. The car rolled several times before coming to rest on its side.

Two people were injured. Their identities are being held pending an investigation. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
