The City of Iowa City Parks and Recreation Department is looking for input on a new playground and shelter at Scott Park, located at 540 S. Scott Boulevard.

The playground just north of the park’s entrance off Scott Boulevard, and a nearby shelter, are scheduled to be replaced next summer. The project only includes that small part of the park.

The city has three proposals posted on their website, and are asking residents to submit comments through their online public input forum, and vote on which proposal they like the most.

The public is asked to send their feedback by Friday, Aug. 23rd.

Go to icgov.org and click on the news tab for links to the proposals and the input form.
