A Tipton man was arrested after “completing himself” in a grocery store parking lot.
According to police, 25-year-old Marvin Coleman of West Fifth Street was parked in the North Liberty Fareway parking lot for an extended period of time over his lunch break. He was observed by another individual around 12:35pm pleasuring himself to the point of completion, then leaving the area.
Officers were able to locate Marvin’s vehicle, and he was identified by the witness.
Coleman was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail if convicted.
