Allegedly providing drugs and alcohol to a minor could lead to over two decades in prison for a Coralville man.
20-year-old Ty Bopp of Sweeting Lane was booked into the Johnson County Jail just before 5am Saturday. Coralville Police say Bopp smoked marijuana with a subject under the age of 18 at F.W. Kent Park on Highway 6 near Oxford around 5pm on September 27th, then provided alcohol to the child the next morning around 11am on Timber Hills Drive.
Bopp is charged with Drug Distribution to a Person Underage and two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. If convicted, he faces a maximum of over 25 years in prison.
