A domestic incident at a Swisher residence has led to the arrest of a Cedar Rapids man.
According to arrest reports, 23-year-old Bradley Glick and his wife were at the residence on 120th Street in Swisher Sunday just before 4pm when he’s accused of two incidents. In the first instance, Glick allegedly grabbed the woman by her throat and poured a beer on her.
In the second incident, Glick, whose address is listed as 120th Street Northeast in Cedar Rapids, reportedly poured another beer on his wife, so she pushed him away by his throat. Glick is then accused of chasing after the woman and pushing her into the side of a doorway, leaving a significant scrape on her left arm with a little blood.
Glick was taken into custody, and charged with domestic abuse assault causing injury, a serious misdemeanor punishable by a jail sentence of up to one year if convicted.
