The University of Iowa has announced that after a second search, they have found three finalists for the Associate Dean position at the Tippie College of Business.
As in previous hires, the three candidates will be announced the day before they are scheduled to visit the campus virtually, which will occur over the next two weeks.
The Daily Iowan reports that the College started their search in January when Sarah Gardial announced she would be leaving the position. An initial search was abandoned in the spring, and was relaunched in June.
The search committee is made up of University of Iowa staff, students, faculty and alumni. Amy Kristof-Brown has been serving as interim dean since Gardial’s exit.
