According to Hope House personnel, 32-year-old Samuel Lee Lockett became loud and disruptive on Sunday when he was not granted a special privilege. Lockett allegedly had a posture and made statements towards staff that were considered threatening. They included tightening his fists and making staements such as “you are going to have to break my jaw to make me stop talking, “ “This ain’t jail,”  and “I’m not afraid to go to jail.”
