Coralville mayor John Lundell reappointed to National League of Cities committee

Coralville mayor John Lundell has been reappointed to the National League of Cities (NLC) 2021 Energy, Environment and Natural Resources (EENR) Federal Advocacy Committee.

According to a news release from the city of Coralville, Lundell will provide strategic direction and guidance for NLC’s federal advocacy agenda and policy priorities. The appointment was announced by NLC President Kathy Maness of the Lexington, South Carolina city council.

Lundell has served on the NLC EENR Committee for the past six years.

The National League of Cities (NLC) web site says the group is “dedicated to helping city leaders build better communities”. NLC represents 19,000 cities, towns and villages, incluidng more than 218 million people.
