The Iowa Department of Public Health is seeking statewide input on a health assessment to identify areas felt to be the most important to the health and well-being of Iowans.

In a release from the IDPH on Tuesday, the online survey will highlight both opportunities for growth and the challenges we face as we assess public health in Iowa. In a five year period from 2022-2026, IDPH will work to address key priorities identified in the survey to advance the health of Iowans so they can live longer, healthier, more productive lives and enjoy the rich quality of life Iowa has to offer.

The Department is encouraging all Iowans to participate in the survey. The Iowa Health Assessment survey is available online, and a link to the survey is available below.
