A Tiffin man faces domestic assault charges stemming from an incident with his juvenile daughter, with gun and drug offenses after a subsequent search warrant was executed.

The domestic incident allegedly occurred the evening of July 28th. The juvenile daughter came to the home of 44-year-old Lucky Coleman to speak with him about emancipation. The girl said that while she was there, Coleman pushed her, grabbed her by the upper arm and by the hair. He allegedly pushed her towards a stairwell, then picked her up with one hand around the back of her neck and the other on her front. Coleman reportedly carried her down the stairs that way before he threw her outside and closed the door.

Police say the girl suffered bruising to her upper left bicep and right arm. She also had broken capillaries and dark coloring on her neck and complained of pain. Cellphone video taken by the girl corroborated her account of the incident.

The next day, a search warrant was executed at the property after an investigation related to a felon being illegally in possession of firearms. A search of the bedroom allegedly found multiple unsecure firearms. Coleman reportedly stated that the guns belonged to his wife, 43-year-old Adrienne Coleman, but investigators found multiple videos of Mr. Coleman possessing and firing the firearms.

A safe was also confiscated, and a search warrant was granted to open it. Marijuana, THC wax, and THC oil were found inside. Both Mr. and Ms. Coleman reportedly had a key to the safe and was aware of its contents.

Lucky Coleman has been charged with Domestic Assault Causing Injury, Dominion or Control of a Firearm as a Felon, and a 2nd offense Controlled Substance charge. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted. A no –contact order was requested by Coleman’s daughter.

Adrienne Coleman faces a Controlled Substance violation, a serious misdemeanor.
