The Iowa City Community School District has set up a Covid-19 testing site for students and staff.
The district announced Wednesday it’s partnering with Nomi Health to establish a drive-thru testing location at Liberty High School on South Dubuque Street in North Liberty. The site is now open and available to all.
The drive-thru site offers both rapid antigen testing (with an average 30-minute turnaround time) and PCR testing (with a 24-48-hour turnaround time).
Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Those in need of a test are asked to register in advance by visiting: nomihealth.com/iowa/. If you are unable to make an appointment online, you can register at the site. There are no out-of-pocket costs, but those with insurance are asked to bring their insurance card.
