Search for new Clear Creek Amana superintendent down to three finalists

The Clear Creek Amana school board has announced three finalists in its search for a new superintendent.

The finalists are Brett Bunch, Superintendent of the Newport School District in Arkansas; Dr. Corey Seymour, a former administrator and current teacher in the Magnolia School District in Texas; and Dr. Matthew Strom, the former Chief Operating Officer of the Queen Creek Unified School District in Arizona.

The community, parents and students are invited to meet the finalists at 5:30 pm on January 25, January 26 & January 31 at the High School Performing Arts Center. The school board plans to reach a final decision soon after the conclusion of the formal interviews.

The individual selected will succeed current Interim Superintendent Joseph E. Brown, Sr. who has filled in for the year after Superintendent Tim Kuehl accepted employment as Superintendent for both the East Union and Murray School Districts.
