The Johnson County Emergency Management Agency along with Two Rivers Emergency Management is working to revise and update its hazard mitigation plan. The plan will assess natural hazards’ risks and vulnerabilities to each community in Johnson County and provide recommendations to increase their resiliency. In doing so, these actions aim to protect property and those who live, work, and conduct business in Johnson County and its communities.
All residents, businesses, community neighbors, and other interested parties are invited to attend the plan’s kick-off meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday via Zoom.
