Indivisible Johnson County says they will join other advocate groups to accompany immigrants to Tuesday’s ICE appointment in Cedar Rapids Tuesday.
In a release, the group said the accompaniment will be taking place tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. They invite the public to join them in standing up for the community members, adding that larger crowds apply more pressure and prevent ICE from hiding their actions.
