Most Presidential Candidates Leave Iowa; few remain

Just about every Democrat running for President visited the Iowa State Fair and made appearances in the state last week. This week, most have already moved on, but a few remain.

Pete Buttigieg will make his appearance at the Iowa State Fair on Tuesday at 1:30pm,  then tour the fairgrounds. He has appearances Wednesday in Tipton, Muscatine and Burlington, and meet and greets in Fairfield, Ottumwa and Oscaloosa Thursday.

John Delaney will visit Iowa Wednesday, stopping in Oskaloosa, Fairfield, Mt. Pleasant, Burlington and Muscatine. On Thursday, Delaney will be at Prairie Lights Bookstore in Iowa City from 11-12:15, then has two events in Des Moines.

Seth Moulton has his turn on the Political Soapbox at the Iowa State Fair Sunday at noon.

The next major event to draw the candidates is the Iowa Federation of Labor convention in Altoona August 21st. Joe Biden, Cory Booker, Steve Bullock, Julian Castro, Pete Buttigieg, Bill DeBlasio, John Delaney, Jay Inslee, Amy Klobuchar, Seth Moulton, Tim Ryan, Bernie Sanders, Marianne Williamson and Elizabeth Warren are scheduled to speak starting at 9am.
