Crashing into a pair of parked cars had led to drunk driving charges against an Iowa City man.
Iowa City Police say 35-year-old Finn Kolsrud of Cambria Court was driving in the 500 block of East College Street just before 2am Saturday when he crashed into two parked cars near the corner of Van Buren Street.
Arriving officers say Kolsrud showed several signs of intoxication. His blood alcohol concentration was measured at .216 on a portable Breathalyzer test. He refused Datamaster testing.
Kolsrud was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated.
