Johnson County Public Health’s county-wide health assessment and improvement plan, HealthyJoCo is asking the Johnson County community to help with selecting 4 community health priorities.

According to a release from the county’s Health & Human Services Department, the selected priorities will help in addressing critical challenges standing in the way of all Johnson County community members having the resources, access, and opportunity to thrive in a resilient, safe, and inclusive community.

Community members will be given 13 health priorities to choose from based on the data collected and input received in the community health assessment process. Johnson County Public Health encourages individuals to review data collected over the past year and a half at the HealthyJoCo website, http://www.healthyjoco.com.

Johnson County community members have until Friday, December 1st to give input on the survey.
