ImOn announces plan to service Iowa City, Coralville residences

ImOn Communications has announced plans to bring residential broadband internet service to Iowa City and Coralville.
According to a news release issued by the company Wednesday morning, construction of ImOn’s fiber-to-the-home network will begin as soon as this spring.
ImOn began offering Iowa City business fiber-based broadband and telephone service in early 2016. In 2018, ImOn expanded its offering to include residential broadband service to mixed-use and apartment buildings. Beginning this year, ImOn plans to bring fiber into Iowa City residential neighborhoods.
ImOn already has residential networks in Cedar Rapids and Dubuque.
