The spouses of the Democratic candidates for President and Vice President will be visiting Cedar Rapids Saturday.
The Linn County Democrats announced that Dr. Jill Biden and Doug Emhoff will appear at a drive-in rally in the late afternoon. Doors will open at 1pm and the pre-program begins at 3pm.
Due to limited space on the premises, those that wish to attend should RSVP as soon as possible. Applicants must provide name, address, make of vehicle, and names of passengers who will be coming with you.
There are several rules that must be agreed to, and once accepted, attendees will be notified of the location.
