There’s a new option for local residents who like to view area Christmas light displays.
The inaugural Holiday Lights at the Lake drive-through holiday light show makes its debut today. The ongoing seasonal event at West Overlook Campground is a fundraising effort for The Bird House hospice home of Iowa City.
Admission is $10 per car or van, $20 for a large van or limo, $30 for a mini-bus and $50 for a party bus or charter.
Holiday Lights at the Lake runs daily Monday through Friday 5:30-8:30pm and Friday through Sunday 5pm-9pm. Wednesdays are walking tours only with a $5 admission.
