University of Iowa Police have arrested a second suspect accused of stealing bicycles and/or bicycle parts from the Aspire Apartments on Hawkeye Park Road.

41-year-old Christian Rincon of 22nd Avenue in Coralville was booked into the Johnson County Jail just before 2:15 Sunday morning. UI Police say security video shows Rincon taking two rear bicycle tires from 150 Hawkeye Court around 2am on May 7th. A second video reportedly shows him stealing front and rear tires from a Trek Hybrid mountain bike from the bike rack at 208 Hawkeye Court. Still images of the suspect were sent to other law enforcement entities, and Rincon was identified by his tattoos.

Rincon faces two counts of 4th Degree Theft. If convicted, he faces a maximum of two years in jail.
