Just after 1:45 a.m., the Iowa State Patrol was called to a 2005 Ford Escape that was on its top in the median just north of the Penn Street exit in North Liberty. He breath alcohol level was measured at .167%.

Fox is charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Open Container in a Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Maintain Control. The Iowa Department of Transportation reports traffic on I-380 returned to normal by 2:20 a.m.
