A car fire temporarily closed a major roadway between Hills and Iowa City Saturday afternoon.
According to a post on the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, Hills firefighters were called to a car on fire on the 4700 block of Oak Crest Hill Road just before 3pm. The post includes a video of the fire.
The sheriff’s office says no one was injured, but the car is a total loss.
