Masturbating hospital patient arrested

A patient at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics was taken into custody this week for allegedly masturbating in front of a staff nurse.
Arrest reports indicate that 25-year-old Chad Fairchild of Davenport was at the facility Sunday at about 12:30pm when he started masturbating in front of a staff nurse and nurses monitoring him on video.
The report indicates that Fairchild committed the act on three occasions and allegedly stated “you people on the video, do you like that?” while stroking his penis.
Fairchild was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of one year in prison if convicted.
