The Iowa State Patrol has identified the bicyclist killed in a Muscatine County traffic accident.
According to the State Patrol, 56-year-old Michael Joseph Mann of Muscatine was riding southbound on Moscow Road south of 140th Street just after 4:45 Thursday afternoon when he was struck and killed. The driver of the Honda Fit that struck Mann was identified as 59-year-old Timothy Lee Miller, also of Muscatine.
Mann was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
