An Iowa City man was arrested Monday evening after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend in front of their two shared sons.
The incident reportedly occurred at the Finkbine Lane apartment of 30-year-old Cordero Graham. According to police, Graham got into a physical altercation with the woman, and threw multiple punches at her. Their two sons were present during the alleged assault.
The two have reportedly lived together at the residence for over two years.
Graham was taken into custody and charged with two counts of child endangerment and one of domestic abuse assault. If convicted on all charges, he could be sentenced to over four years in prison.
