A Coralville woman could spend decades in prison after a reported burglary and assault in Iowa City.
Iowa City Police say 34-year-old Amanda Davis-Hall of 12th Avenue entered an apartment on the 600 block of South Governor Street without permission just after 6:15 Thursday night and assaulted a woman inside, causing a cut on the alleged victim’s wrist. A male resident of the apartment also suffered scratches and abrasions.
Davis-Hall was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Burglary and Assault Causing Injury. If convicted, she faces a maximum of 26 years in prison.
