The Pittsburgh Steelers came to terms with three Hawkeye football alumni on Friday.
Running back Kaleb Johnson and defensive end Yahya Black, who were drafted by the Steelers in last month’s NFL draft, each signed four-year deals with the franchise. Safety Sebastian Castro, who was picked up by Pittsburgh as a free agent, also inked a deal with the team. The trio is currently participating in the Steelers’ three-day rookie mini-camp.
Hawkeye fans will have a better idea of how to see the three continue their journeys in black-and-gold when the NFL releases each team’s 2025 schedule Wednesday night at 7 on The NFL Network.
