An arrest has been made in a Hills burglary case.
46-year-old Hills resident Justin Ripperton of Washington Street was booked into the Johnson County Jail just after 3:15 Friday afternoon. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office says Ripperton was located inside an Oak Street residence just before 2:00 Friday afternoon. He had no permission from the owner to be there, and he reportedly forced his way through the back door of the building.
Ripperton is charged with 3rd Degree Burglary. If convicted, he faces a maximum of five years in prison.
