The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) will be closing the Penn Street to northbound Interstate 380 ramp (Exit 4) in North Liberty beginning on Tuesday of next week, weather permitting. The closure will allow for ramp reconstruction work that should last up to three months. Traffic will be detoured southbound and directed to turn northbound at Forevergreen Road (Exit 2).
