A cupcake shop that has called downtown Iowa City home for over a decade is ceasing operations.
The official social media accounts of Molly’s Cupcakes on South Clinton Street posted Friday afternoon that it was going out of business after 13 years due to what it calls “mounting challenges in today’s economy”.
The last day for Molly’s Cupcakes will be on Saturday, August 10th.
