Several Johnson County elected officials will participate in a listening post during the 2025 Johnson County Fair.
The listening post will be held in Building D on the Johnson County Fairgrounds, 3109 Old Hwy 218 S., Iowa City. Community members are encouraged to stop by and meet with County officials to discuss any Johnson County-related topic. No formal agenda or presentation is planned.
The listening post will be available Sunday, July 20 from 10 to 11 a.m; Monday, July 21 from 11 a.m. to noon; Tuesday, July 22 from 4 to 5 p.m; and Wednesday, July 23 from 4 to 5 p.m.
In addition to the listening post, the County will have information booths at the fair all week, where county staff will be available to discuss various programs and services.
