Members of the West Liberty water department will be going door-to-door ahead of an infrastructure update.
City officials say department employees will be visiting homes on East 6th Street to identify residential service lines as part of an upcoming project. Residents can speed up the process by taking an online survey. A link to the survey can be found here:
