A transient is accused of intentionally setting a fire at the Robert A. Lee Community Recreation Center.
Iowa City Police say 53-year-old Dana McGregor is seen on video sitting on a bench inside the rec center and using a lighter to set fire to the carpet. Damage is estimated at $500.
McGregor is charged with 4th Degree Criminal Mischief. If convicted, he faces a maximum of one year in jail.
