Dixon currently serves as assistant executive director of DVIP and Medea is the director of community engagement at DVIP.

Longtime Executive Director Kristie Fortmann-Doser announced her planned retirement earlier this year, prompting the search. The hiring committee reviewed more than 100 candidates before deciding on the co-executive directors.
