A Coralville woman could face jail time after allegedly failing to stop for police.
North Liberty Police attempted to pull 34-year-old Mary Davis of 20th Place over Monday evening because her license had been revoked. She allegedly refused to stop despite activated lights and siren, and didn’t pull over until a tire deflation device was employed.
Once arrested, a search of her vehicle reportedly found an open Bud Light and a liquor bottle two-thirds full on the back seat.
Jones was charged with Eluding, Driving While Revoked, Driving While Suspended, and an Open Container violation. She could be sentenced to up to two years in jail if convicted on all counts.
