A Tiffin man has been arrested for repeated violations of a no contact order.

On July 27th, 38-year-old Jamial Jones of Stephens Street was charged with 2nd offense Domestic Abuse Assault and three counts of Child Endangerment.  In addition, he faces a Stalking charge from May 1st.

Police say on August 5th, 8th and 9th, Jones created Instagram posts showing images of the children and of the spouse, who are protected parties in a no-contact order.  The posts are in violation of that order.

A motion to amend the conditions of Jones’s release was denied earlier this month.

A final pre-trial conference is scheduled for October 10th, with a jury trial set for October 14th. If convicted on all charges, Jones could be sentenced to up to ten years in prison.
