A man on parole for public masturbation is accused of violating it with what is described as inappropriate sexual conduct.
30-year-old Davee Ceya was booked into the Johnson County Jail just before 1:45 Friday afternoon. Ceya is on parole after a May 2023 incident where he was he was caught masturbating on a bench on the southeast corner of the Pentacrest with several other people sitting around him.
Records show over the last few months Ceya is accused of asking a Successful Living staffer at his Hollywood Boulevard residence about their masturbation habits, placing a towel on his lap and making gestures consistent with masturbation as he was sitting across from a staffer, bragging to staff about a pornographic web site he had founded, pulling his pants down in front of staffers, and allegedly smoking marijuana in his room. He’s also accused of what’s described as “sexually explicit behavior” on a couch.
The parole violations are an aggravated misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of two years in jail.
