An Iowa City man faces a drunk driving charge after he was pulled over with three other passengers on his moped.
University of Iowa Police encountered the moped while it was stopped at the intersection of Burlington Street and Riverside Drive just before 2:15 Friday morning. The 19-year-old driver…who lives at the nearby Replay Iowa City apartments…allegedly showed signs of intoxication and provided a breath alcohol level of .092%. He’s now charged with Operating While Intoxicated.
