A third sexual assault has been reported on the University of Iowa campus this semester.
UI officials say they received a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the early morning hours last Friday in a west side residence hall. The assault was reported to be perpetrated by an acquaintance.
No other details about the incident have been released. Previous sexual assaults have been reported this semester on September 10th inside a west side residence hall and on September 1st in a west side residence hall. Those incidents were also both reportedly perpetrated by an acquaintance.
