A University of Iowa student who allegedly had a fake driver’s license has been arrested after a woman claims he mocked her weight in a dispute over seating at Kinnick Stadium.
The fan who claims to have been insulted reported to a UI Police officer that the student…who resides in Northbrook, Illinois…called her “a fat bitch who weighs over 300 pounds and needs to go on a diet”. The two had been disagreeing over a seat.
The officer tried to intervene in the seating dispute, and discovered the student had a fake Wisconsin driver’s license showing him to be of legal drinking age. But the 19-year-old also admitted to having a bottle of alcohol in his pants. He was arrested and charged with Possession of a Fake ID and Possession of Alcohol Under the Legal Age. If convicted, he faces up to one year in jail.
