A traffic cone wedged under a car has led to a drunk driving arrest in downtown Iowa City.
Iowa City Police report seeing 25-year-old Tim Garcia of Mission, Texas parking his car near the intersection of Linn and Washington Streets just after 2:30 Sunday morning while he had a traffic cone wedged under his front bumper.
Garcia allegedly showed signs of intoxication, allegedly refused breath testing, and was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.
