Cedar Rapids Police are investigating a Saturday night shooting that left one adult male injured. Officers responded to the 1800 block of A Ave NE at approximately 10:33p.m and located an adult with what appeared to be non-life-threatening gunshot injuries.
The victim was treated on-scene and transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
Police began an immediate investigation and are asking for witnesses or those with information about this incident to call CRPD at 319-286-5491.
