Cedar Rapids Police have issued an Operation Quickfind for a missing 11—year-old girl.
Bri’miere Hines was last seen at Franklin School Monday just after 2:30pm. She was wearing a black coat and black bonnet with all black clothing underneath. She is approximately 5’9” and weighs about 100 pounds. She is black, and wears glasses, and had black and red plait braids.
