The University of Iowa men’s wrestling team held on to the #3 spot in the latest coaches poll despite dropping the National Duals championship to Ohio State over the weekend. Penn State remains #1, with the Buckeyes moving into the #2 spot.
The Hawkeyes held on to the #3 ranking on the strength of consecutive victories during the Duals over #11 Missouri, #9 Illinois and #4 Oklahoma State.
The Hawkeyes return to the mat Friday night when they host #19 Pittsburgh at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The dual starts at 7:30 and can be seen on BTN.
