Hotel Chauncey, HotelVetro, and SpareMe…the bowling alley located inside The Chauncey on East College Street…have all been given eviction notices by GreenState Credit Union.
That’s according to a report in the Corridor Business Journal, which says all three businesses received the notice on November 18th. The businesses are located in two of the six Mark Moen-owned buildings upon which GreenState foreclosed in April. The properties were put up for auction last week, but nobody met the minimum bid.
SpareMe first opened in August of 2021. Its last day of operations is Wednesday.
